Why is the website optimization not effective?

Website marketing is one of the fruits of the internet's development. Many companies put their products online to increase exposure, but having a website alone is far from enough — the site also needs SEO optimization so that it can reach the first page of Baidu and be found by more users. Yet the optimization results for many websites are less than ideal. Why is that?

  1. Relevance of the content

Website content is an important part of overall weight, and the content must be relevant to the keywords being optimized. If the gap is too large, the site's content loses its meaning — that is, the site loses weight, and the optimization has no effect.

  2. Degree of user experience

The overall content of a website must meet users' search needs; serving user needs is the site's core job. If users aren't interested in the content, the optimization results will naturally be poor. To improve rankings, some webmasters scrape large amounts of content from competitors' websites, but this can easily cause a site's weight to be downgraded.

  3. Link issues

High-quality links can help boost keyword rankings. Anchor-text targeted links can be added to content in moderation to improve user experience — these are all points of optimization knowledge, but exceeding that quantity leads to malicious optimization.

  4. Over-optimization

Following on from the third point, many webmasters over-optimize in the process — links are one example, and keyword density is another. If this content is added purely to increase keywords, the site will be penalized by search engines, and the optimization results will naturally be poor.
